Attack Model Generation From Online Sources

    Abstract:

Attack models provide valuable support for integrated security and safety analysis, especially when system and fault models are already available. However, the creation of suitable attack models is time consuming and requires specific knowledge. The aim of this thesis is therefore to explore and prototypically implement approaches to derive attack models or fragments from available online sources including vulnerability databases and other knowledge bases.
