Bachelor Thesis: Development and Implementation of a SCRUM Team Efficiency Analysis Method

Following the Design Science methodology, this project is expected to develop and implement a method to analyze a SCRUM team’s efficiency.
In order to design an algorithm computing a team’s efficiancy, current state-of-the-art research in this area as well as the data available should be taken into account, in order to determine key factors and relations. Additionally, requirements of such a system shall be explicitly stated.

As the base for this analysis, data from Microsoft Azure DevOps will be accessed via API. The designed algorithm will then be implemented as a client server application and evaluated. This project will be conducted in cooperation with a cooperation, which will provide the data necessary for evaluation.
