Hypo Tirol Bank honors dissertations
A total of six dissertation candidates - among them Martin Häusler - were honored for their outstanding theses at Hypo headquarters this year.
Vice Rector Ulrike Tanzer and Daniel Senn, Branch Manager of the Clinic Branch, congratulated and presented the prizes, worth a total of € 12,000. The call for applications for the Hypo Tirol Bank Dissertation Award 2019 was addressed to graduates of all scientific disciplines who completed their doctoral studies at the University of Innsbruck in 2018 with an outstanding dissertation. From the many applications, six dissertations were ultimately selected to receive this award at Hypo headquarters. “Due to the large number of submissions and the consistently excellent work, it was not easy for us to select the award winners. We are all the more pleased that Hypo Tirol makes it possible for us to award six instead of five outstanding young scientists this year “, said Vice Rector Ulrike Tanzer. This is the second time that the Hypo Bank prize has been awarded this year, and it will be continued in the coming years.
